AYANA Phuket is leaning into a newer idea of what a home in the island should offer: not only sea views and resort-style amenities, but easier access to healthcare, prevention and long-term wellbeing. The developer says that shift is becoming increasingly important for international buyers who are considering Phuket as more than a holiday base and want a place that supports extended stays or full-time living.

The project’s residential communities, including AYANA Heights Seaview Residences and AYANA Soluna Villas, are being presented as low-density neighbourhoods shaped around greenery, privacy and modern comforts. AYANA Heights Seaview Residences is in Layan and is set across eight buildings with apartments and penthouses, while the wider positioning of the scheme emphasises proximity to beaches, international schools and lifestyle conveniences.

The wellness angle comes through a new healthcare partnership with Bangkok Hospital Phuket Network, which includes Bangkok Hospital Phuket, Bangkok Hospital Siriroj and Dibuk Hospital, alongside satellite clinics and BDMS Wellness Clinics on the island. According to the companies, the collaboration covers home healthcare, telemedicine, medical support and preventive programmes such as personalised supplements, genetic testing and vital-sign monitoring. The announcement reflects a broader trend in Phuket, where health-led living is increasingly part of the appeal for overseas residents.

That trend is not arriving in a vacuum. Bangkok Hospital Phuket Network already treats more than 150,000 international patients a year from over 100 countries, underlining the island’s role as a regional medical hub. Bangkok Hospital Siriroj, founded in 1982, is described as Phuket’s first private hospital and offers 24-hour emergency care alongside more than 30 specialties, giving residents access to a sizeable medical network if they need it.

For homebuyers weighing where to settle in Thailand, the message is clear: Phuket’s strongest residential developments are now competing on more than scenery alone. AYANA’s pitch is that a well-located, low-density home with resort-style facilities can be even more attractive when backed by practical health services and preventive care, particularly for families, retirees and long-stay owners who value peace of mind as much as design.
